When will my order arrive? +
We dispatch orders Monday–Friday. Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 1pm.
What is your returns policy? +
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you're not completely satisfied, email us at earthessence2002@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. No need to return the product — we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Is the tallow halal certified? +
Yes. Our tallow is sourced from fully halal-certified UK farms. The animals are grass-fed and humanely raised. We hold certification documentation that we're happy to share on request.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription? +
You can manage your subscription any time from the My Subscription page — skip a delivery, pause for a set period, or cancel with one click. No hidden fees, no lock-in. If you run into any trouble, just email us and we'll sort it within the hour.
Can I use the balm on my face if I have acne? +
Yes — tallow is non-comedogenic and actually signals your skin to produce less of its own oil. Many of our customers with acne-prone skin report significant improvements within 2–3 weeks. Start with a small amount at night and build up gradually. If you have any concerns, consult a dermatologist before use.
What are the ingredients? +
Our Tallow Honey Balm contains: Grass-Fed Beef Tallow, Raw Organic Honey, Cold-Pressed Jojoba Oil, Pure Beeswax, Organic Lavender Essential Oil. That's it — no fillers, no preservatives, no water, no synthetic ingredients. Everything is sourced from the UK wherever possible.
